ICRC alumni network

The ICRC alumni network launches a Facebook private group,
8th May 2017

We are pleased to announce that the ICRC alumni network has now a live Facebook private group !

The ICRC alumni network, which is an ICRC alumni initiative, encourages ICRC present and former colleagues around the world to maintain contact, exchange ideas and live the values of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement.

One of our main priority is to develop an exciting and very dynamic social media platform allowing the whole alumni community worldwide to engage and contribute expertise, knowledge and projects.

welcomeFacebook remains the most-used social media site among all ages and the ICRC alumni community must take complete advantage of this tool already used by 1.71 billion monthly active users. Our alumni Facebook group is private but we do welcome everyone to join-in, so feel free to surf extensively on this platform and for whatever reason—whether it’s getting news updates from the ICRC, posting volunteering offers or photos of yourself. However, please keep in mind that we conserve the right to remove all comments that contain offensive statements or images.

Discover five legitimate reasons to join our ICRC alumni Network:

  1. to live the values of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement
  2. to maintain contact and support each other
  3. to exchange ideas and share knowledge
  4. to promote diversity and its values
  5. to uphold our collective work

Send us a Facebook friend request, spread the word and raise your voice.
